FA Cup 2023 semi-final draw Manchester City will face Sheffield United for a place in the FA Cup final, while the alternative to the Manchester derby remains alive in the final.
Manchester United will face Brighton in the other semi-final after defeating Fulham.
City marked their trip to Wembley on Saturday by scoring six goals over league leaders Burnley, where they will face Second Division runners-up.
The Blades will also be without Jason McAtee and Tommy Doyle, both on loan from the Etihad Stadium, with the latter scoring a fine late winner for Blackburn on Sunday.
Brighton made it five against Grimsby to continue their good season, reaching the semi-finals for the first time since their 1-0 defeat by Man City in 2019.
The semi-finals will be played across the weekend of April 21- 22.

As a reward for beating Burnley on Saturday, Manchester City will face Sheffield United in the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley, while Manchester United will take on Brighton.
Pep Guardiola’s side thrashed Vincent Kompany’s Burnley 6-0 at the Etihad Stadium to seal their place in the semi-finals for the fifth consecutive season. Erling Haaland scored his sixth hat-trick of the campaign, while two goals from Julian Alvarez and effort from Cole Palmer sealed a convincing victory.

The equalizer came ahead of United’s Round of 16 clash with Fulham on Sunday afternoon, which Erik ten Haag’s side won 3–1 in dramatic fashion. The Cottagers were ahead early in the second half with an Aleksandar Mitrovic header before the visitors broke away.
Willian was sent off following a VAR review for a handball over the line before manager Marco Silva and top scorer Mitrovic were sent off for protest. Bruno Fernandes scored the resulting penalty and Marcel Sabitzer put United ahead after 90 seconds. Fernandes scored with the last shot of the match.
